
Company Safety Health Environmental and Quality Management System
Policy
Our company set up a managing system as customer oriented, corresponding to concerned parties needs and anticipations legally and regulatory and engaged for providing effectively retain within the frame of ISO 9001:2015 quality, ISO 14001:2015 environment and OHSAS 18001:2007 occupational health and safety management systems standards. Pollution reducing, proper sludge removing, reducing usage of natural sources are undertaken, carrying out as continuous recovery and risk assessment treatment by analysing management systems threats and opportunities. Environmental and other conditions are provided for carrying out and monitoring process.
The Company established policies in chapter 2, which effectively describes the requirements and objectives of the Company Safety, Quality, Security and Environmental Protection Management System, in order to ensure safety at sea, prevention of human injury or loss of life, and avoidance of damage to the environment, in particular the marine environment and customer satisfaction.
The Company, through the General Manager, has in place above policies, which are both implemented and maintained by all personnel working within the Company, either on board or ashore at all times, at all levels.

The Company in fulfilling its responsibility has documented the Company Management System, the scope of oil tanker § chemical tanker, technical, crew, operational management which is laid down in this Manual and ISO 9001:2015 has been kept out of scope because of not being layout application.
Suppliers’ and Clients’ Asset
Existence of suppliers and clients are found due to our nature of work. Managing-ship and equipment of this ship is client’s asset. Overhaul managing hand book is provided as part of it. When supply needs such as overhaul and equipage, suppliers or their equipment can be on board. Supplier asset is not used by our company staff; they are under suppliers’ responsibility. A supplier who works on board is responsible for their own sludge, when work done, supplier provides them to be removed properly.

Quality targets have been determined and the achievement of these targets is monitored within the scope of KPIs through the le nozzle ”portal. Environmental targets are defined by “environmental management plan..

Environmental Protection Objectives
According to the level of significance of the identified aspects and their potential impact upon the environment, the Company has, whenever applicable and practicable, set specific objectives and targets for improvement.
The objectives and targets established by the Company are consistent with its Health Safety & Environmental policy, including the commitment to prevention of pollution.

In stating these objectives and targets the Company has taken into consideration the legal and other requirements, its significant environmental aspects, its technological options and its financial, operational and business requirements, and the view of interested parties.

Mandatory Regulations/ Class Requirements
The Management System complies with mandatory rules and regulations and ensures that applicable codes, guidelines and standards required by the International Maritime Organisation and relevant Flag Administrations and Classification Societies and recommendations and requirements from other Maritime Industry Organisations are taken into account

Management Systems Team
ISO: 90012015 quality, ISO 14001:2015 environment, OHSAS 18001:2007 occupational health and safety managing systems which are managed in our company, are working for corresponding needs and providing applications’ efficiency. Duties of the members of team are defined in this section as addition of their duties in company.
Each team member is serving for appliance of Quality, Environment, Occupational Safety needs in their own department. It is considered while compassing team members. For example, Crew Manager is assigned for providing appliance of Human Resources Managing System.
General Manager is the team’s sponsor and leader of the managing systems on behalf of senior administration. Quality and Safety manager is assigned for reporting concerned managing systems and ISG performances to senior administration. Technical manager is defined as Environment Managing representative for reporting environmental performance to senior administration.
Staffs, who attend inspections for constant improvement of managing systems by taking internal auditor trainings, are the members of managing system team, defined in this handbook’s section 3.2 are fleet and department managers.
